Do you accept pre-arrangements or pre-payments?

No, we only handle cases at the time of need.  When your loved one passes, that is when we would need to be contacted.

When can I expect to receive my cremains?

Cremains can be expected to be ready for pickup approximately three weeks from receiving the signed death record from the doctor

When can I expect to receive the death certificates?

Death Certificates can be expected to be ready for pickup or mail out within 21 business days of receiving the signed death record from the doctor

What times can I come in and pick up?

Our pick up hours are as follows and there is no need to make an appointment:

  • Monday-Friday: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Saturday: 11:00am-12:00pm
  • Sunday: Closed

What information do I need to have before I come in for my appointment?

You can refer to our Pre-Appointment Page for details on what you will need to have prepared or you can fill out the Demographic Information Form to have everything ready when you come in.

Is my loved one's cremation processed individually?

Yes, by law, each case is handled individually.
